A virtual and in-person internship program focusing on four modules: art conservation, museum development, curatorial study and museum education. Four, one to three-week internships, conducted over the course of one year, will be interspersed with and reinforced by online readings, videos and interactive learning materials.
Components: Orientation, Conservation Internship, Curatorial Internship, Museum Education Internship, Museum Development Internship
Goals: To introduce, interest and teach HBCU students about 4 modules in the art world: art conservation, museum development, curatorial study and museum education.
